Care Centre –  24/7/365:  access to confidential, multi-lingual telephone support for financial counselling and scheduling of face-to-face sessions.

We have a responsibility to communicate effectively.  Our staff is sensitised around cultural diversity and health beliefs.

Our Care Centre is equipped to deliver the service by virtue of:
  • 24-hour Access: Employees and their immediate family (beneficiaries) have unlimited 24 (twenty-four) hour telephone, email and SMS access to a communication centre which operates 24 hours a day, and 365 (three hundred and sixty five) days a year.
  • The financial Care Centre is adequately staffed to deal with the expected call volumes for the specific service.
  • Expertise: The Care Centre is staffed by financial counselors who have the experience, professional qualifications and soft skills required to deal with the call complexities and the scope of presenting reasons.
  • Language: Within the complement of our Care Centre team, we currently offer verbal communication in the following languages: English, Afrikaans, Zulu, Tswana, North Sotho, South Sotho and Xhosa. Written communication will be in English.
  • Voice logging: All calls are voice logged for quality assurance purposes. Voice recordings are kept for twelve months.
  • Service levels are agreed with each client. However, in terms of call answering times, it is standard practice that calls are answered within 30 seconds.
